On top of your Warranty First mechanical cover, Ocean City Cars is a proud member of the Independent Motor Dealers Association (IMDA). That means every customer is also covered by the IMDA's industry-recognised consumer code and its independent dispute resolution scheme.
If anything ever needs sorting out beyond the warranty itself, you have a clear, impartial route to raise it — backed by an external body that holds dealers to clear standards and ongoing training. It's belt-and-braces buyer protection, on top of every car coming with 6 months' MOT, an independent pre-delivery inspection, and an independent warranty as standard — minimum 3 months (6 months on cars above £10,000), extendable up to 3 years.
